Altice Europe is reportedly planning to sell an interest in its Portuguese fiber network activities. That reports news agency Reuters on the basis of insiders. That would be done through an auction process that is expected to start within a fortnight.

Altice would have already turned to Lazard advisors to check potential bidders. Investors such as KKR and Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners could be interested. At Altice Portugal nobody was available for comment. Other parties did not want to respond.
