Industrial production in France increased by 0.9 percent in February from a month earlier. The French statistics office reported it. As a result, production performed better than expected, as economists had generally expected stabilization. In January, production in the French industry grew by a revised 1.1 percent on a monthly basis. On an annual basis, industrial production fell by 1.4 percent in February, after a decline of 2.8 percent a month earlier.
