The former Polish model Kaja Sokola says he was abused by the former film producer in 2002 at the age of sixteen, various American media report. “I cannot accept the proposed ‘group arrangement’ as fair or just” Kaja came forward earlier with her accusations, but did so anonymously. She was involved in one of the civil lawsuits against the director and his bankrupt film studio. When it was recently announced that the producer and his studio are likely to settle with dozens of alleged victims to put an end to almost all civil cases, Kaja decided to file a new indictment and to step out of anonymity. “I cannot accept the proposed ‘group arrangement’ as fair or just,” she said in a statement. The total amount of the settlement would be 25 million dollars in total and go to more than twenty actresses and former employees who accuse Weinstein of sexual misconduct.
