Life Beyoncé accused of plagiarizing with a new clothing line By weekster Posted on January 19, 2020 2 min read Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google+ The new Beyoncé clothing line (38) has brought great joy to its fans, but the British supermarket chain Sainsbury’s is not benefiting. They see quite a few similarities with their famous outfits and lash out at the Crazy In Love singer on Twitter. “So Beyoncé expects us to walk around in a supermarket uniform?” The cooperation of Beyoncé’s Ivy Park with Adidas is causing a furore among the fans of the Formation singer. But not everyone is a fan of the new clothing line. The British supermarket chain Sainsbury’s finds it suspiciously similar to their famous uniform. The color palette that Beyoncé used for its tracksuits and other pieces would be exactly the same as those of the British brand. “We have been around since 1869,” Sainsbury’s writes on Twitter, accompanied by a wink emoji. And Beyoncé fans also notice. “I can’t see how much Beyoncé’s newest line resembles that of Sainsbury’s and I think it’s terrible that someone has shown me this comparison”, one of them left behind the message from the supermarket chain. “Unbelievable that Beyoncé has made a whole line of Sainsbury’s outfits,” said another. “So Beyoncé expects us to walk around in a supermarket uniform?”, Says a third.
