Beyoncé shares her diet with fans

Singer Beyoncé has posted a video on YouTube with the title ’22 Days Diet’. In the video we see how the superstar is preparing for her 2018 Coachella performance. The Grammy winner is open about her weight.

“Good morning, it is five o’clock in the morning and this is the first day of Coachella’s rehearsals,” Beyoncé says, stepping on the scales. “The nightmare of every woman … this is my weight, 175 [pounds]. Still a long way to go.”

175 pounds is 79.4 kilograms.

To prepare for her show, the singer worked with her mate and trainer Marco Borges. He is the founder of the 22 Day Diet program, which focuses on a healthy diet based on vegetables.

Beyoncé has followed the 22 Day diet for 44 days to reach the goal.

“I am back on stage after giving birth to twins,” she says in the video. “I was a woman with a body that didn’t feel like myself.”

The 37-year-old star wants to inspire her fans and teach them how to eat healthily.
