Céline Dion (51) has tragedy in her life for the umpteenth time. After the death of her husband René Angélil and the death of her brother Daniel, the My Heart Will Go On singer now loses her mother. On Twitter she shares an emotional tribute to Thérèse Tanguay Dion.

“I love you mom”

“I love you, Mama”, Céline writes with her heartbreaking video. It is a special ode to her late mother Thérèse. The I’m Alive singer sings Somewhere Over The Rainbow for her mother and shares the images on Twitter. The mother of the 51-year-old died at the age of 92. Thérèse has been struggling with health problems for months, including memory loss, impaired vision and hearing. The French lady had no less than 14 children.

Céline even started her career with a tribute to her mother. The song Ce n’était qu’un rêve was the first big hit that the singer had written and was dedicated to Thérèse. Also striking: Céline’s mother died on exactly the same day as her son Daniel, who died four years ago. Two days before Daniel’s death, the singer lost her husband René.
