TMZ reports this. Margera was arrested in the hotel lobby in August. The hotel staff wanted to dismiss Margera after disagreement with their guest, but Bam refused to leave the property. The former Jackass star, who resisted his arrest, has now, according to TMZ, signed a deal with the judiciary, avoiding jail time. Margera acknowledges guilt for his role in the conflict and was given a restraining order by the court. He must stay away from the hotel. In addition, Margera must complete a 90-day withdrawal program. Margera was still in his probationary period, the judge ruled. Margera was found guilty of drink-driving in April 2018 and was given a probationary period of three years. Now that he has again gone wrong, the result is that a new probationary period of three years will start for him.
