Handing over this knowledge was one of the demands that Facebook imposed on early November. “The data is being investigated for usability,” says a spokesperson for De Mol. “We cannot say anything about the data at this stage.” The case gets attention this week in the RTL program Fraudsters tackled. Crime journalist Kees van der Spek claims to have found one of the men behind the fake advertisements in Nigeria. In the Tuesday night broadcast, he shows how the police of Nigeria arrested the man.
