This Gregg ‘Rocky’ Brooks claims that the actor punched him in the stomach in 2017 on the set of the film City Of Lies. According to Deadline, the actor should defend himself in the case on October 22, but a judge in Los Angeles decided to postpone the session until May next year. Johnny has already recorded his side of the story in court documents. The actor says he just soothed during an argument between Gregg and a woman on the set, but that everything went smoothly. As evidence he added a photo on which he poses with the man. In previous papers on the case, Amber Heard, the ex of the actor, was also called as a witness. Her name has since disappeared from that list. Amber and Johnny are still engaged in a legal battle over a piece that she wrote in the Washington Post, in which she claims to have been abused by her ex-husband. He sued her for libel. The 56-year-old actor has to go to court in December for a third case. In it, he and his former lawyers accuse each other of malpractice, fraud and deception.
