The lawsuit would actually start on February 3 next year, but that has now been postponed to August 3. Shortly thereafter, the allegations of abuse flew back and forth. The actress was the first to come out with this. Johnny then said that his ex often used physical violence. When Amber also wrote an article about her ex, the actor went to court. He is claiming $ 50 million for defamation. It is not the only lawsuit that Johnny will deal with next year. The actor must also report to the court on 11 May because he has been charged with mistreatment.
