Kim tells Variety that millions of people are victims of the American legal system. “I wanted to face these numbers and statistics,” says Kim, who also co-produced the documentary. “There are many people who deserve a second chance, but many do not have the means to do this. I want to help put these cases on the national map to bring about change. This documentary is a fair representation of my attempts to understand the legal system and with tangible results. ” Two years ago, US President Donald Trump pardoned a prisoner after an interview with Kim. The release of Alice Marie Johnson inspired the reality star to make a documentary. The documentary Kim Kardashian West: The Justice Project will be premiered on Sunday, April 5 at the American truce crime channel Oxygen.
