The song, the soundtrack of the film Last Christmas, can then be heard for the first time in the Zoe Ball Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2. In August it became clear that Last Christmas would contain new music from George Michael. It is a song that would appear on the album that the singer who died in 2016 worked on until just before his death. The song can be heard at the end of the film and during the credits. The film Last Christmas can be seen in the cinema from next week. The romantic comedy is inspired by music by George Michael and Wham !. The leading roles are played by Emilia Clarke, Henry Golding, Michelle Yeoh and Emma Thompson.
