The creator of Thanos, Jim Starlin, calls the action sick. “How sick is that?” “At first I felt abused when I saw that pompous fool use my creation to boost his infantile ego,” the comic writer told The Hollywood Reporter. “But then it really dawned on me that the leader of my country and of the free world likes to compare himself to a mass murderer. How sick is that?” Starlin came up with Thanos in 1973. The character from various comic books plays a major role in the storyline of the Avengers film series. In the penultimate part, the super villain makes part of the world population disappear. In the clip of the Trump campaign team, the president does the same with his political opponents.
