Life The Ed Sheeran’s slippers are now officially for sale By weekster Posted on October 5, 2019 2 min read Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google+ Ed Sheeran fans can soon follow in the footsteps of the British singer. Sheeran (28) has donated 18 pairs of slippers to a thrift store connected to a hospice, the Daily Mail reports. “I can’t imagine that someone would normally spend more than a few cents for them” The slippers, some of which are in poor condition, do have a hefty price tag. The owner of the thrift store in the West English town of Framlingham hopes to raise at least 100 pounds (around 112) euros per piece. Some of the slippers are sold in the store, the rest at a large auction that takes place on December 7. The store also sells other clothing from the British singer, who grew up in the area. The most important ‘piece’ from the collection of slippers is a scuffed pair of fabric slippers. According to the owner of the thrift store, they can raise around £ 200 (around € 224). “I can’t imagine that someone would normally spend more than a few cents for them – but because they are from Ed, they might sell for £ 200.” In addition to the slippers, 28-year-old Sheeran also donated a pair of basketball shoes, walking shoes and slippers to the store.
