The American YouTuber got a lot of criticism, but gets away without a charge. YouTuber Brooke hit, pushed and spat on her dog in a video she posted on her channel. It brought her worldwide attention, but TMZ found out that no charges are being imposed. The 20-year-old will not be prosecuted for her shocking video because there is not enough evidence of animal abuse. TMZ informed the Animal Protection in Los Angeles. According to the sources of the American site it has everything to do with the fact that it is not about criminal abuse. And therefore no charge can be made, no matter how horrible the YouTuber has treated her dog. Moreover, Brooke still owns her dog Sphinx, because it has been decided that the animal is not in immediate danger in her presence. The case is closed for now, but if there is new evidence, the LAPD can reopen it. Brooke received a lot of criticism and apologized through social media. In addition, the YouTuber has not posted any new videos on her channel.
