British Prime Minister Boris Johnson abandons the idea of a Brexit without an agreement with the European Union. He writes this in an election manifesto for his Conservative party that has been recognized by the newspaper The Times.

In recent months, Johnson has always said that he wanted to leave the EU on 31 October, with or without an agreement. After the expiry of that date, the situation changed. The British Parliament voted in favor of early elections on 12 December last week.
