In the huge crowd around Kabul airport, formed by thousands of Afghan inhabitants trying to escape the city of Kabul following the taliban’s seizure of power, several people, including children, have been lost. Footage shows Turkish soldiers taking care of a baby who got separated from her mother in the tumult around Hamid Karzai International Airport. Turkish soldiers helped the father and the two-month-old baby by taking them to the safe zone, cleaning the baby’s diapers and feeding her. The baby was later handed over to her father.
