Agache Group of French billionaire Bernard Arnault has decided to sell its last stake in the supermarket chain Carrefour. Carrefour announced this Wednesday morning. Agache has been a shareholder of Carrefour for 14 years.

According to Bloomberg, this is a 5.7% stake, which amounts to 757 million euros.

The shares will be sold through an accelerated book procedure. According to Bloomberg, Societe Generale, BNP Paribas and Natixis will supervise the placement.
