The Swiss food group Nestlé takes over the American delivery of freshly made Maarten fresh. There will be a substantial commitment of USD 950 million, with possible additional payments of up to USD 550 million if major targets are met.

It was only in 2015 that it was established and provides more than a million fresh butter several on weekly basis to customers in 48 U.S. states. The company is counting on a turnover of $ 430 million for the entire year. Nestlé had already taken a 16% stake in Freshly in 2017.
