The RTL program Dancing With The Stars will be adjusted. The dance program will be on TV half an hour shorter next Saturday. RTL informs RTL Boulevard that they have listened to the comments of the viewers.

“We think the opinion of the viewer is important”

Dancing With The Stars is broadcast live every Saturday night and many viewers found it rather lengthy. RTL has therefore decided to stop for half an hour from the program. The previous episodes were broadcast from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Next Saturday’s broadcast will now be finished at 10 p.m. “We have heard from the viewer that they think Dancing With The stars is on the long side and would like to see more dance. We find the opinion of the viewer important and are happy to respond by shortening the episode with more focus on dancing, “RTL told RTL Boulevard.

In Dancing With The Stars, various Dutch celebrities are linked to a professional dancer in order to dance a ballroom or Latin dance. The participants each perform a routine and receive points from the jury. This year Bibian Mentel, Anouk Hoogendijk and Gijs Staverman, among others, are participating in the dance competition. The jury consists of Dan Karaty, Euvgenia Parakhina, Irene Moors and Louis van Amstel.

Dancing With The Stars can be seen on RTL 4 on Saturday evening at 8:00 PM.
