Life Dr. Phil sells villa full of weapons for 5 million dollars Posted on January 5, 2020 2 min read Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google+ Dr. Phil (69) apparently wanted to feel really safe in his spacious villa. The TV psychologist has put his home in Beverly Hills up for sale, but it doesn’t look very cozy at all. The house has a huge area of 6,000 square meters and is apparently made to protect Phil McGraw. First of all, the mansion looks dark and gray, but for $ 5,750,000 you get five bedrooms and six bathrooms in return. If you take a look at the interior, you can see that it is quite special. Everything in the house is inspired by the work of Tim Burton. This is reflected in the stair railing, which consists of fake wooden branches. And the ceiling is painted in checkerboard style, which makes it very reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland. In addition to some special works of art, there is also a wall completely furnished with guns and pistols. On the broker’s site you can read that the next owner can maintain this or “transform it to his own taste”. The advantage is that there is a swimming pool, as well as various terraces to relax.
