Life Harvey Weinstein’s nude photographs were used as evidence Posted on February 5, 2020 2 min read Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google+ The jury in the rape case against Harvey Weinstein (67) was shown nude photos of the film producer on Tuesday as evidence. The images were not shown to the rest of the courtroom and are not included in the archives of the case. One of the witnesses, Jessica Mann, describes earlier that the genitals of Harvey have been deformed, making her think he is intersexual. According to Deadline, during the session both prosecutors and the defense, who object to showing the photos, choose not to describe the images aloud. Earlier in the day, Harvey Weinstein’s legal team also questioned her, after the alleged victim of the producer had to stop her testimony on Monday due to a panic attack. The actress accuses Weinstein of having raped her twice during their relationship, which otherwise took place by mutual consent. Among other things, the defense shows a recording in the hall of a conversation Jessica had with a clairvoyant, in which she states that the director is trying to cross her boundaries, but that she does not allow that. Also an e-mail from 2014 is mentioned in which she tells a friend that she sometimes wants to let her friend Eddie know during an argument that she is dealing with a “super rich Hollywood producer who can destroy you.”
