Netflix announced on Friday that six new episodes have been added to the fifth and final season, that is sixteen episodes in total. The series revolves around Lucifer (Tom Ellis), the devil, who is tired of his boring life as a master of the underworld and decides to go ‘on vacation’ to earth. He ends up in Los Angeles and does everything that God has forbidden. At some point, he meets police detective Chloe Decker (Lauren German) and helps her solve murder cases. The end of the fourth season, which has been on Netflix since May, ended with a mega-cliffhanger. Lucifer decided to go back to hell … The first three Lucifer season were made by Fox, after which Netflix took over the production. When the season five can be seen is unknown.
