Life Ozzy Osbourne candid about death after Parkinson’s diagnosis Posted on January 30, 2020 2 min read Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google+ Ozzy Osbourne is not so concerned with death. He announced this in his first interview after revealing that he is suffering from Parkinson’s disease. The 71-year-old rocker thinks about the subject, he says, but doesn’t think about it too much. “I won’t be there that long” “Do I ever think about when my time comes?”, Ozzy wonders aloud in the British music magazine Kerrang! “I’m thinking about it, but I’m not worried about it. I won’t be there in fifteen years from now, I’m not that long anymore, but I’m not thinking about it. It happens to all of us.” The former Black Sabbath front man is unhappy because of his deteriorated health. “That really gave me a big blow, man. But I’m still there. In fact, when I was younger, I was much more worried about death. I try to enjoy everything as much as possible, how fucking hard that is. sometimes it is. ” The Brit had to cancel several gigs last year due to his health, but this year he is coming back with a tour and a new album. His twelfth album Ordinary Man will be released next month. “If you had seen me early last year, you would have thought I’d been there,” Ozzy says. “But I honestly think that making this album was the best medicine I could have. I was doing something that I enjoy doing.”
