The concert that the Rolling Stones would give on June 17 in Switzerland is cancelled. The band reported this on social media. It is the second concert of the band after the show in Amsterdam that does not go ahead because of the corona infection of Mick Jagger.

The Stones announced in a statement on their socials that they are postponing the concert in the Swiss city of Bern due to the safety of the audience, the musicians and the crew. The show will take place in Milan. The concert is scheduled for June 21.

Yesterday, The Rolling Stones show in Amsterdam was canceled at the last minute. The Johan Cruijff ArenA was already partly filled when a spokesman for concert organizer Mojo announced on stage that Mick Jagger had tested positive for the coronavirus on arrival at the stadium.

The shows in Amsterdam and Switzerland are part of the SIXTY tour. With the concert series, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood celebrate the band’s sixtieth anniversary.

Mojo hopes to come up with a new date for the concert in Amsterdam within a few days.
