Rutger Hauer died at the age of 75

On social media there is widespread tribute to actor Rutger Hauer, who died at the age of 75. This is how Barry Atsma expressed his admiration. “What an actor. What a career. What a special and quirky person,” Barry writes on Twitter.

Singer Henk Westbroek tweets that Hauer was the only Dutch film actor who tempted him to buy a ticket or rent a movie for almost every film in which he played.
