According to Deadline, Netflix finds it irresponsible to continue playing because of the corona virus in the Arborfield Studios, west of London. It is the first major television production in the UK to come to a halt due to the virus outbreak. Several shooting days were already suspended in the United States and Canada. Production of The Witcher is expected to continue in two weeks. The fantasy series, starring Henry Cavill, is about monster hunter Geralt of Rivia. He is getting more and more troubled that people often have nefarious plans than the creatures he chases. However, he will have to learn to trust the sorceress and the young princess he encounters to survive together on the harsh continent where the story takes place.
