Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google+ According to the survey conducted on May 2-6, 2020 should parliamentary elections in Ukraine be held this Sunday the new Ukrainian parliament would consist of the following political parties: “Sluga Narodu” Party led by David Arakhamia and Oleksandr Kornienko and backed by the incumbent President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskiy (30.3%), “Opposition Platform – Za Zhittya” led by Yuriy Boyko, Vadim Rabinovich, and Viktor Medvedchuk (15.9%), the “European Solidarnist” Party of the former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko (14.8%), and the “Batkivschyna” Party of Yulia Tymoshenko (12.3%). The other parties so far do not have enough public support to enter the next parliament: The Shariy Party – 3.7%, “Golos” Party led by Kira Rudyk who substituted the singer Svyatoslav Vakarchuk – 3.4%, “Syla i Chest” Party of Ihor Smeshko – 3.1%, the Radical Party of Oleg Lyashko – 2.9%, “Gromadyanska Pozitsiya” of Anatoliy Grytsenko – 2.3%, the “Svoboda” Party of Oleg Tyagnybok – 2.3%, “The National Corps” Party of Andriy Biletskiy – 1.7%, “Opposition Bloc” of Boris Kolesnikov – 1.6%, and “Samopomich” Party of Oksana Syroid – 1.2%. The results of the survey are shown in the table below. The international research center BURI (The Belgium-Ukraine Research Institute) conducted the survey in Ukraine on May 2-6, 2020. The survey method: computer-assisted telephone interviews on the basis of random selection of phone numbers. Total quantity of respondents equaled 2006 individuals (representative sample).
