White House employees are scared to go to work now that two colleagues have tested positive for the corona virus. These are a personal employee of Donald Trump and Katie Miller, the spokeswoman for Vice President Mike Pence. Some high-ranking employees fear that virus may now spread further in the West Wing, The New York Times reports.

The White House has called on employees to work more from home. More people also wear a mask. Last Friday, Trump stated that the servants who bring him food and who are around him are required to wear a mask.

The president himself refuses to put on a mask. However, according to insiders, Trump is now annoyed when other people come too close to him. Also spokeswoman Miller did not wear a mask before the virus was diagnosed with her on Friday morning. The day before she had spoken to reporters who all wore mouth masks.

“It’s creepy to go to work,” said economic advisor Kevin Hassett in the Face the Nation program on Sunday. “The White House is small and busy. But you have to do it to serve your country. ” According to Hassett, you can only meet the president if you have been tested negative for the corona virus.
