ChatGPT launches a subscription plan

2 min read

Technology company OpenAI has released the paid version of ChatGPT. For 24.20 dollars per month, the chatbot works faster and without a queue. Paying users can also be the first to try out new features.

It is not yet mandatory to switch to the paid version of ChatGPT. Those who do not pay may face queues. In busy times, paying users get priority. OpenAI also promises that the chatbot will work faster with paying users. For example, having an essay written is then beeped in a few seconds, instead of in a few minutes.

ChatGPT is a kind of artificial intelligence chatbot. You can have a conversation with ChatGPT, but also be helped with assignments and questions like ‘Give me three recipes for pasta with chicken’, ‘what are the five best outings in Den Bosch?’and ‘how can I best paint a wall?’

The answers are often useful and good, but sometimes ChatGPT is still a bit wooden. Also, the program may give incorrect information.

The paid version of the chatbot has been available in the United States since the beginning of this month. Last weekend, the paid version was also released in Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands, among others. The subscription to ChatGPT can currently only be paid with a credit card.
